UNFPA requires the provision of Visibility Materials for UNFPA’s Population Data Project. This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted companies that can provide the requested service and have legal capacity to deliver in the country, or through an authorized representative.
The required materials include:
- 2,000 notebooks
- 1,000 tote bags
- 1,000 8GB USBs
- 1,000 presentation folders

Please note: all samples provided for consideration MUST include the designs provided above. Generic samples or samples from other clients will not be considered. Your quotation should include an estimated lead time for production of the items.
The deadline for submission of samples and quotations is 14 February 2023.

The following reference must be included in the email subject line: RFQ Nº UNFPA/PNG/RFQ/23/019. Proposals that do not contain the correct email subject line may be overlooked by the procurement officer and therefore not considered.

Please make a note of the person to whom you deliver the samples. Once received by the procurement commitee, you will receive an email acknowleding receipt of your sample.
